Best Ramen in the area - Edit
Order the Kinoko ramen (now vegan by default), you won’t regret it.
Read moreIt’s one of the few items on the menu that is vegan, but it’s good enough that I don’t by any means feel shortchanged going here.
It’s hard to make vegan Ramen have that umami depth. I don’t know how Mecha does it, but I’m there almost every week to get it.
Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff

Their edamame starter is probably my favorite meal of all time! Just make sure you ask for it to be vegan! I also get the vegetarian ramen and make sure they make it vegan!
