Tasty Market option - Edit
Meb's Veg is a wonderful option in the Mahon (Thurs) and Douglas (Sat) markets. They have a select menu of vegan options. All worth trying.

Amazing Vegan Bahn Mih - Edit
Mebs Veg has a great selection of vegan snacks! My go to is the tofu Bahn Mih but they also have hash browns and ultra skinny/crispy shoestring fries that they have dubbed “chipsticks”. Dessert is also sorted with staples like the lemon/cinnamon doughnut as well as other seasonal cakes - I had a rhubarb and cream one that was so good that my friend and I went for seconds!
