Vegan gem in Alcudia - Edit

We were happy to find this great spot in Alcudia. They have plenty of vegan options on the menu and they even have vegan tapas available on Thursday nights! Seitan burger was great! Ingredients fresh and tasty!

The couple who own the business are really friendly and even gave us tips on where we could find a vegan friendly supermarket. Actually all the staff were friendly!

They'll be expanding their vegan menu soon so I'd say it's worth a visit for sure!

Pros: Friendly staff, Good food, Nice variety

Good for vegans! - Edit

A whole page of their menu is dedicated to vegan meals they have on offer (not sure about desserts but they did have sorbet on offer)

Great vegan, raw, veggie and omni options - Edit

Found this little place by accident and so glad we did. Lovely friendly people and GORGEOUS food... fresh, tasty and loads of choice. Sooo accommodating and really good to find somewhere that understands vegan and veggie diets. Loads of veggie and vegan options (kids had pizza and chicken nuggets, husband had a chicken glory sandwich). I had vegetable sandwich with hummus and smoked tofu one day and hummus, dips, olives and breads the day after (yes, it was so good we went back!). Definitely recommend. **Happy Cow won't let me rate 5 stars as it says only full vegan restaurants can get 5... full vegan options ARE available and I would give 5 stars if I could!**

Pros: Excellent food, Friendly staff, Good value

Vegan friendly restaurant - Edit

We were delighted to find this restaurant with a vegan menu in Alcudia old town. The woman who runs it is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about veganism and although not totally vegan herself, mainly eats a plant based diet. We first had lunch there when the feria was on and both ate a noodle dish, which was tasty. We returned a couple of days later for dinner and I had a raw vegan dish of courgetti with pesto, which was lovely but my husband chose a vegan burger and was very disappointed, saying that at best it was average. Overall we felt that the menu choices could be improved, there being too much emphasis on substitutes such as vegan cheese, rather than fresh, local ingredients. Having said that, it's great to find places in Spain that cater for vegans and hopefully they will improve as they become more experienced in this type of cuisine.

Pros: Vegan menu, Friendly staff

Cons: Choices could be better

Perfect place to eat for vegans and non-vegans - Edit

We had a salad with grilled veggies and grilled seitan and a salad with sea food. It tasted great and was abundant. We got free tapas before our lunch and the staff was super helpful to improvise a seafood salad that wasn't even on the menu. There were several other vegan and even raw vegan options.

Pros: Yummy food, Super friendly staff, Calm location

Cons: None
