A roadside treat! - Edit
We were camping north of Kernville on the Kern River and headed for a day trip to the Trail of 100 Giants in the Sequoia National Forest. This place had been recommended to us by our whitewater rafting guide at Kern River Outfitters and we figured we could maybe get some fries. We were pleasantly surprised to see the Impossible Burger as an option and even more surprised that they will make it vegan style for you. Picnic tables in the shade were great. We had a fabulous lunch and were ready to hit the trail!
