Excellent vegan fish and chips! - Edit
First of all there’s a line/queue so book ahead, be prepared to wait or order to takeaway. Everything was delicious!! Not greasy at all. Definitely was reminiscent of fish with the seaweed in there. Large portions. I had half when it was hot and half the next day straight from the fridge and it was still delicious. Mushy peas were excellent too. If you miss fish & chips since going vegan, you should enjoy this. I did immensely.

Forgettable Experience - Edit
Not bad, but not good either. Fast and good service, though. Greasy food is not my cup of tea.

A Fish & Chip Experience - Edit
If you’re vegan and want to try fish & chips then this will satisfy your need. Personally, I didn’t care for the “fish”, but the chips were amazing. Each piece of very heavily battered “fish” was a rectangular piece of tofu that was wrapped in nori seaweed. I didn’t mind the tofu but the nori seaweed was way too fishy of a taste for me.

Pros: Fast service, Good chips/fries, Quick seating if you have a reservation
Cons: Heavily battered and deep fried, Off putting taste

Not worth it - Edit
Edit-
Read moreThe vegan fish has been downgraded drastically to a tofu wrapped in seaweed and battered, no seasoning no flavour, absolutely awful for £22, we left after tasting it.

Fish'n'Chips - nice Vegan option - Edit
The overall culinary experience was good, as the looks were great, as it really had a crunchy and coated fried look, as Fish & chips should look like. However, I was a bit disappointed by the "fishy" taste/structure, which was from my opinion quite far from the original "cod" structure. The inside was a tofu based stew with capers, to give it a fishy taste.

Mayfair Chippy - Edit
Definitely "elevated" fish and chips. Great to have this option when dining with non-vegans. Nice taste, though, my "fish" crumbled apart fairly easily, so it could get a little messy. Great spot in Mayfair. Great people watching if you can get a spot outside.
