This was one of the first restaurants I tried when I first moved to Bangkok and I consistently keep coming back. The food is always great as with the service. I feel the portions are the same whether I order in person or on Grab. I love their fresh rolls and pad Thai.

Very affordable food, but the experience is incomplete - Edit
The low prices, simple one-page menu with translation, and Visa payments for any amount are genuinely worth appreciating. But for a place serving mainly foreigners, the experience needs more attention: good dish photos and clear ingredient descriptions should explain what is inside a dumpling or what kind of protein is in the “chicken.” Basic seasoning matters too—fries and onion rings without salt taste crispy but bland. Orders of several dishes could be prepared for collection together rather than every few minutes, requiring guests to stand up repeatedly. Salt, pepper, Sriracha, napkins, and a place to wash hands would improve comfort. Affordable should still feel complete. Also, there is a tip box for a service that simply isn't there.

Best pad thai ! - Edit
The staff and chef were so good and polite. We had requested to avoid mushrooms , as the pad thai sauce contains that. The chef prepared pad thai without it. It was the best ever!! The prices were cheap and food was great. Would definitely come here if we were to visit Bangkok again.

I got the glass noodles with mushrooms and veggies in a delicious sauce. Portion was quite big and ended up bringing it home. It was hard to pick from the menu as it all looked so good! Will definitely be back before I leave.

I actually did not love my veggie burger (I ordered the homemade bean burger). I thought it’s what I wanted, but I had diner’s remorse as soon as I took a bite. I’m giving them four stars anyway, because I should have ordered something different and I’ll definitely come back to do that. The staff was very friendly, and I was more than glad to step inside and escape the heat. There are only 5 or 6 tables at this location, and when I arrived, I was the only customer there. Two others came in while I was eating. I’ll be back to give it another try, and I’ll update my review as necessary. But all instincts tell me this is a business more people should support.

I am a returning customer and visit at least once during my yearly BKK visits. Small place with friendly vibes, clean and hygienic food, tasty and filling. I usually order noodle dishes, especially their Tom Yum noodle bowl. Two thumbs up :)

Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Als ich nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit nach dem Papayasalat gefragt habe, war die Dame, die nicht ein einziges Wort englisch sprach, sehr überrascht, dass ich was bestellt hatte. Alle anderen, alle nach mir angekommen, waren inzwischen satt. Hab Geld zurückgefordert und bin gegangen. Kein sorry vom Chef, der aus seinem Büro gekommen war, kein Versuch, die Situation irgendwie zu bereinigen. Es war ihm offensichtlich egal.

As a longtime vegan traveler in Thailand, May Veggie Home is one of those places I keep coming back to. It’s not trying to be trendy or “fusion vegan” — it’s straight up Thai comfort food that just happens to be plant-based.
Read moreTheir mock meats are some of the better ones texture-wise (not rubbery, not mushy), and they actually hold flavor and wok char like real Thai street food. The basil dishes especially hit that real garlic / chili / holy basil balance that’s hard to fake.
I also like that it’s approachable — big menu, easy for mixed groups, good for people trying vegan Thai for the first time. It feels more like real everyday Thai food vs health food.
If you want cutting-edge vegan fine dining, this isn’t that.If you want reliable, satisfying, Thai-flavor-forward vegan comfort food — this place absolutely delivers.

My tum was rumbling, so I thought I'd head over to May Veggie Home Express for some Fried Tofu, which came dusted with black sesame seeds, looking good with a sweet dipping sauce and some crushed up nuts.

It was so nice, I decided to extend my snack and went for the Pad Kra Pao as a follow up. Whilst it didn't match Phed Mark's tofu variant of this dish for heat, it was easily superior to a previous plant-based version I had a couple of weeks ago.
A fully yummy experience! Nice little place, friendly staff, lovely food. Will try to head to the original restaurant before I leave...

I came here on an afternoon and was their only customer, and it still took 30-40 mins for them to complete my order. Kinda funny since “express” is in the title. None the less, the food was delicious, actually some of the best. If they worked on the service this place would be perfect. I had the Tofu Basil and fried Tofu bites, I’d highly recommend them.

May Veggie Home Express is about 20 minutes from MRT Sukhumvit station. On the second floor you'll find May Veggie Express. The menu is small but there are several vegan friendly options.
Read moreI ordered vegan meat stir fry and coconut water. The coconut water was good but I think they used the coconut shell and added bottle coconut water to it. The staff were helpful scrapping out the coconut meat for me to eat albeit it was a bit hard.
The main meal was tasty but a bit strong with onions. The portions were smaller than I expected.

Went in for the first time today with little to no expectations after a few disappointments in last few days (at other restaurants). The place is clean and inviting, staff were welcoming and the menu appetizing. I tried one of their burgers as well as 2 Thai staples. Surprisingly all were amazing. Serving sizes were fulfilling, prices very reasonable and flavors were abundant. I will definitely come back soon, I’d like to try some of those noodle dishes.

Read moreThe food was absolutely solid and hit the spot perfectly. The minced “meat” with Thai basil was packed with bold flavors and spicy red chilies 🌶️. It delivered a serious kick, with no heavy sauce—just pure, tasty goodness.
I paired it with a papaya salad on the side, topped with crispy pork crackling. The flavors were incredible: sweet, sour, and spicy, with each bite getting better and better 🍽️.
A total joy from start to finish—highly recommend! 😊
