Ordered take-away never arrived

I was just arrived in Copenhagen by plane, it was late, and had no time to find a supermarket before arriving at my hotel. So I decided to order online since I knew they had a vegan offering. The food never arrived, they had taken my money, but didn’t care to call back and tell me they were closing down. I had to reach them through a third-party that finally confirmed that the kitchen was shut down, so I could go hungry to bed and that was the last I heard from them.

Pros: They have one vegan burger, They do takeaway through Justeat.dk

Cons: Your food may not arrive, They don’t know how to operate a phone
