Surprising options - Edit

Even though they didn't treat me like a movie star, I thought it was cute how they questioned my order (it was 6pm and I hadn't eaten all day!), then were super happy when they saw I'd finished my food.

I'm pescatarian, so I won't be uploading pictures of all the actual food I ordered, but everything was really good for the price -- surprisingly cheap.

The seating is comfortable and private (even on the counter), and the water is self-served (great for me, because I drink a lot!!)

Pros: Delicious, fresh, Caring staff, Vegan dessert

Cons: Not many vegan options

Hilarious staff, decent food - Edit

A friend (fluent in Japanese) helped us ask for vegan options since they weren’t on the menu. Though they did speak English pretty well, so we probably could have figured it out. This is not a tourist location so the owner and staff were soooooooo intrigued to see us there. They kept asking how we found out about them and if they could take photos of us! Definitely go here if you want to be treated like a movie star!!!!!!!!

Also they made me a cute mini sushi plate to go with my vegan sushi plate!

Pros: Vegan options , Lots of tofu (not just rice & veggies like most)
