Authentische und leckere Burritos! - Edit
Ich war gestern spontan zum ersten Mal bei Matus und wurde nicht enttäuscht.
Read moreAls Fleischersatz wird Sojagranulat in einer hausgemachten Sauce/Marinade verwendet, die wirklich sehr gut ist. Sowohl der Geschmack als auch die Konsistenz des Fleischersatzes kamen erstaunlich nah an das, was ich von früher als Omni in Erinnerung habe.
Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, und die beiden Burritos (Veggie Cantina und Pink Vegan) wurden ruckzuck zubereitet.
Leider gibt es keinen Käse-Ersatz, sodass die Quesadillas und Tacos leider nicht in einer veganen Variante angeboten werden. Daher "nur" vier Sterne.
Fazit: Superleckere vegane Burritos – ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch bei Matus in Dortmund!
Pros: Authentische Burritos, Sehr schnelle Zubereitung
Cons: Servieren auch "echtes" Fleisch und Käse, keine Käse-Alternative für die Quesadillas / Tacos

Wir sind spontan hin und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Auswahl ist gut und die Burritos waren super lecker. Das Bohnenmus ist 👌🏻! Wer Burritos mag, sollte hier mal vorbeischauen!

Decent burritos for 7€ - Edit
They swap out the sour cream for vegan aioli and the meat for soy meat. The salsa roja wasn't very spicy. For someone with a very high spice sensitivity this was perfect. If you like hot food you should probably tell the staff to spice it up though!

Vegan soulfood - Edit
I had the vegan Pink Burrito which was tasty and made me happy after a long work day. They can make several other burritos vegan, too. There is only one vegan dessert (a cookie), but that's at least something.

Tasty food, nice folks - Edit
Had a Pink Vegan burrito and Vegan Cookie last night. The cookie was dry, nothing special, but the burrito was good, the staff were friendly, and it was nice to sit at their outdoor tables.
