Poor service, eggplant parmigiana that had an odd cake-like consistency and overwhelmed staff made dining here 2nd rate. Would not return.

Even tho the separate Vegan / Vegetarian menu is no longer offered our wait staff helped navigate the options and offered mods on many menu items to make them compliant with our preferences. And best of all the food was authentically prepared and tasted great. They offered to add mushrooms and zucchini to my pasta arrabiata.

Beautiful Space, Vegan Options are Fine - Edit
No longer has a separate vegan menu as of January 28th, 2022. Food was good but expensive. Decent number of vegan options but you're really paying for the ambiance as opposed to an inventive Vegan menu. Still a gorgeous spot and the pizza was pretty good.

Very happy that Matteo's has a separate vegan menu, though my pasta was a bit bland for $24. Wish I had got a pizette instead. Our service was excellent however!

Love that they have a dedicated separate vegan menu! Food was fantastic and service was outstanding! Michael was a fabulous server and the whole staff was so welcoming and very on top of everything. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing dinner last night. The forno pizza was just wonderful. I loved that they had a separate vegan menu! We also got the spicy vegan pasta. It was very good. I absolutely recommend that you make reservations here and go. The outdoor patio seating felt very tropical and fun.

My wife and I had a great time at Matteo’s Osteria. The service was excellent and the food tasted authentic. We had the bruschetta, Margherita pizza and the primavera pasta. Although the restaurant was packed inside and out, our server took our order very promptly and the food came out fast. Be sure to book a reservation ahead of time because we waited for 37 minutes! It’s popular place.

Ask for the Vegan Menu - Edit
It’s always nice when a restaurant has a separate vegan menu. We went for Thanksgiving and ordered the bruschetta, osteria insalate, and the pasta primavera (one with housemade spaghetti and one with housemade penne.) The meal came with vegan bread and a vegan bean hummus. We enjoyed all of the food, especially the salad. Although the place was packed for the holiday our service was friendly and our water glasses were kept full. Our experience was very vegan friendly. The price point was high but not more than the other restaurants in the area, and we got a lot of satisfying and delicious food!

Awesome that they have a vegan menu. We order the bruschetta and the Forno both of which were good. We also ordered the two vegan pastas. The Arriabiatta pasta is super spicy and very bland. The Primavera pasta was pretty bland too. This place is pricey but not as pricey as a lot of the other restaurants at the resorts. If you come here I would recommend going with the vegan pizza.

Really loved this restaurant. Excellent food and service. The wine list is extensive, a little pricey but great wines. The food was delicious. Freshly made focaccia, super food salad (vegan!), pizzas were all really great. They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options and are all marked on the menu. They also have a separate all vegan menu if you ask. This was a gem of a place and not overloaded with tourists. Great food and attentive staff. Highly recommend.
