Nice Take-out Place - Edit
We had avocado and herb toast for breakfast here. It was good. There is no seating for eating, so this is basically take-out only. There is a place to sit and wait. There could be a wait as there is only one person working. A good place to go if you are nearby and need some decent vegan food.

Lovely place but beware - Edit
Fantastic muffin and such a cute little place to get a takeway hot drink and snack, but be aware that the name is tricky and it's "coffee and vegan bakes" and not "vegan coffee and bakes". The bakes are indeed vegan but the drinks are made with cow milk unless you order it with oat. I accidentally drank a cow's milk chai latte!

Lovely little take-away spot - Edit
Stumbled across this place that was open early (8am). Nice coffee and avocado toast. It was a bit of a wait, but it's a one-woman operation. Would definitely stop by again!
