A good option for Piura - Edit
We went for dinner after a long bus journey and ordered from the a la carte menu. Quinoa chaufa and lomo saltado were both pretty tasty, no complaints. The inside of the restaurant is bright and modern. It seemed very popular, even relatively late on a Monday night the place was full of locals.

I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon in February 2022. As with most vegetarian restaurants in South America they have a set meal of the day which currently costs 12 Soles here. I got a mixed salad and the main plate which had lima beans, white rice and a fried vegetable on top. The meal also came with a drink and a fruity dessert. I would give them four stars based on the meal that I had today. I would recommend that you arrive before 1 or after 1:45 to immediately get a table. Keep in mind that hours may be reduced until the pandemic is completely over (especially night hours)

El personal no fue amable, además que tardaron una eternidad en traer el pedido, mi amiga estaba terminando de comer y mi plato recién llegó. Encima se llevaron el plato de ella antes que acabara, cuando ella les dijo que aún no había terminado le quisieron dejar el plato con la servilleta dentro.

Vegetarian, if vegan, mention "no huevos, queso y leche". All tasty, great juices. Close at 11pm. ~15 soles for mail, 8 for soup.

The restaurant is well located on plaza de armas, easy to find. I tried the sandwichs with homemade fries. It was kind of good with a lot of vegetables.

Very surprised to stumble into this pure vegetarian restaurant in small Piura. The food was good -- I don't recall what I had, but it was a fake meat dish.
