Not a lot of options but knowledgeable staff - Edit
Besides the vegan paella, nothing is vegan as-is but the server was able to mark on our menu what can be made vegan which was super helpful. Food was great!

Staff asks about dietary restrictions and marked the menu for us with what is vegan or could be modified to be vegan. We had the vegan paella, patatas bravas (no aioli), and pan con tomate. All delicious. Definitely on the more expensive side though.

Their vegan paella is delicious and creative. I've had it on a few special occasions. The flavor of the rice is delicious and the toppings are creative and well-prepared. Artichokes, roasted tomatoes, pea shoots, almond-based vegan aioli, and more. The toppings change depending on what is seasonally available. When getting take-out, the paella comes in a paella pan inside a pizza box (genius) and if you bring the pan back you get a discount on your next order.
