Good vegan options! - Edit
Didn’t realize we went here during cinco de mayo and it was packed with lots of non brown people 😂 The service was great, food was a good vegan option, and good cocktails. Had the enchiladas with beyond beef and the meet was wet, but not bad.

I have visited the matador several times they have a seasonal menu which usually includes a vegan option. Items which can be made vegan.
Read moreI usually get the tacos, but today I tried the vegan burrito it was really tasty and well seasoned. It had a good balance of beyond, meat, beans and veggies.
