Great sushi - Edit
This place offers a variety of vegan sushi, as well as a vegan salad. Make sure to specify that you want it vegan, though. Otherwise, it might be vegetarian. They have another location near Benchasiri Park that only serves vegetarian (and vegan) sushi.

We also have a sister restaurant named Waki Waki Veggie Sushi. You will find more options :)) Although it's quite small with limited seating for 8-10 pax, it's worth a visit. Reservation is recommended.

Tasty sushi in Sukhimvit Park - Edit
Sushi was lovely! Unfortunately if you order any of the rolls that have tempura, they won’t come out that way, as the tempura batter is made with eggs. The sushi is still delicious!
