all “vegan” options on the menu are NOT vegan - Edit
I’ve been getting their “vegan beef buns” for the past couple years, only to find out that the “vegan beef” is in fact not vegan. I came in person and was trying to clarify with the waiter why the same soy meat in the buns is “vegan” while it’s only “vegetarian” in the bowl. The waiter clarified the vegetarian meat has egg and so the buns are not vegan at all. She also clarified that the buns labeled gluten free are not actually gluten free. And that the owner isn’t changing the menu. What a disappointment and worrisome knowing so many people are eating nonvegan food without knowing.

So many good vegan options. So flavorful and fresh. Also they are clearly marked as vegan on the menu. The pan-fried vegan dumplings and vegan beef bao are my favorite.
