Very good - Edit
Typical French restaurant. It can be busy and you sit close together, but the food makes up for it! Plenty of vegan options.

Historic place with real vegan options - Edit
This historic location, with its metal beams and large Eiffel-style glass roof, has been home to cafés and restaurants such as Café Rouge and Les Chouettes, and now Maslow/Fellows (three restaurants in Paris, including Fellows, which will soon be opening its second concept)!
Read moreWith an Eiffel structure and mirrors added for extra depth, designed by interior designer Juliette Rubel in the former Eiffel workshops, there are three levels, seating for 140 inside and 60 on the terrace.
1st level: Parisian brasserie
2nd level, high chairs around a counter
3rd level, Graal Bar speakeasy, a large bar with a few cozy seats
And in the 1920s, the basement housed one of the four corner towers of the Templar fortress temple.
This restaurant is vegetarian with great vegan options clearly labeled on the menu.
I was able to sample the following vegan dishes from the 4/12 menu
- Sweet potato coconut masala
Roasted sweet potatoes with garam masala, coconut-lemongrass sauce, smoked paprika oil, and cilantro.
- Creamy dip, spicy onion, and tortilla chips
Buckwheat tortilla, white beans, spicy onion confit
Both dishes are delicious and the sauces are flavorful. The sourdough bread ensures that not a drop is wasted!
Well presented and drizzled with paprika oil by the staff, very classy.
For dessert, I was recommended this one: (only 2/5 desserts were vegan)
- Choco Zaatar
Cocoa tart, pumpkin praline and zaatar, chocolate cream
The taste was impressive, sweet and salty, which enhanced this chocolate dessert. A real success!
The restaurant has a kitchen with a dining room on the ground floor, which is very clever.
Pets are welcome!
The staff are very attentive and courteous.
In short, a classy vegetarian restaurant with historic decor and authentic vegan dishes!
Don't forget to book, especially if you're going on a Friday evening or at the weekend!
Pros: Welcome, Very good sauce, Deco
Cons: Not enough vegan options

The better Maslow - Edit
Normally I don’t like giving 5* to a non-vegan restaurant, but this place deserves it!
Read moreHaving been to both Maslow locations, I can say from the decor to the food, this is by far my favourite!
Every dish I had was incredible! Will definitely be back.

Super expérience! - Edit
Les plats regorgent de saveurs que je n’ai pas retrouvé depuis longtemps. Les 3/4 des plats de la carte sont vegans et le reste végétarien.

Spacious and nice vibe - Edit
I visited only for dessert, but the place itself is very spacious and cool, and it opens non-stop (kitchen is closed though between lunch and dinner).
Read moreThe desserts were ok, the chocolate tart too sweet for my taste, and the peach dessert (peach sorbet + poached peach) was good enough.
About half of the menu is vegan, and plates are meant to be shared, so you should take at least a couple per person. The service was a bit awkward at the beginning (I don't think they were expecting people when the kitchen is closed) but then it got better.
I rarely go to vegetarian places, but if I'm looking for a nice place to hang out with non-vegan friends, and I need to eat in this area, it's a good choice.
Pros: marks vegan, location, opening times
Cons: not all vegan, desserts too sweet
