1 hit, but mostly misses taste-wise - Edit
Cute place to grab a meal along the Seine with small plates for sharing. While we loved the cauliflower wings (definitely get those!) most of the other dishes we tried looked great but were surprisingly bland. The mushroom katsu and potato puff were very plain and seemed over cooked/friend. The potato puff and gnocchi both didn't have a good texture - very dense and the gnocchi was quite hard on the outside. The kimchi dish also wasn't kimchi but fresh cabbage with a sauce (maybe a translation error?) the sauce was quite nice but it needed way more.

Creative fully vegetarian menu focused on small plate sharing - 2 large meals on offer for lunch menu (mushroom donburi is the vegan lunch).

The panko portobello mushroom was so pleasantly surprising as I associate this as a lazy vegan option but so well done and actually my favourite with the sesame sauce!
We spent €94 (£80) on 5 sharing plates, 2 pints, 2 glasses of wine and 2 desserts. Which I think is incredible value considering the central Paris location and we were able to walk 2 mins the bridge to catch the Eiffel tower sparkle after we paid the bill.
(Potato balls on the second tier of the stand are veggie not vegan - ordered by my partner, everything else pictured is vegan)

Mouse Inside the Restaurant + Rude Staff - Edit
TL;DR: Saw a mouse inside the restaurant shortly after being seated. Staff were dismissive, rude, and even laughed at guests who were startled. The head hostess scolded us instead of apologizing. Extremely unprofessional and concerning hygiene-wise.
Read moreWe visited Maslow around 6pm when the restaurant was fairly empty. About ten minutes after being seated, a mouse ran out from the corner near our table. Both our table and the table next to us jumped up in shock — a completely normal reaction to a mouse in an indoor dining space.
What happened next was more disturbing than the mouse itself. Several staff members in the back openly laughed rather than offering help or reassurance. A head waitress/hostess came over and, instead of acknowledging the situation or offering a simple apology, essentially scolded us. Her response was something along the lines of: “We can’t do anything about the mouse, we’re on the Seine, they come in. I’m not going to kill it for you.”
No one asked her to kill the mouse — we simply reacted because a mouse inside a restaurant is a clear hygiene concern. I live in a major urban city; I understand wildlife exists. But dismissing guests and offering zero apology is unacceptable.
The rest of the visit remained uncomfortable. My friend noticed the same head hostess pointing at me and whispering to another staff member, after which they laughed. Again, no one had been rude, no one demanded compensation — we had just reacted like any person would when a mouse runs under their table.
To Maslow management: please address both the hygiene issue and, equally importantly, the customer service issue. A mouse inside the dining room is not normal. Staff should be trained to respond professionally, not mock customers or make them feel embarrassed for being startled. Whatever was going on with the lead hostess on Monday, Dec 8th, was absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire restaurant.

The location is convenient and they have outdoor tables also on the side street for a quieter experience. We had lunch there and ordered five dishes - which ended up being more than the two of us needed. Everything was delicious and they clearly mark what is vegan and what has a vegan option (which is much of the menu). The food came out so quickly I, at first, worried that the quality would suffer but no - it was all very very good. The omnis with me were well pleased, too. Service was excellent. This is a go-to option for me next time I’m in that part of Paris.

I tasted the socca, the sucrine, the cauliflower wing and the mushroom and it was all delicious, though it could have been tastier. The other dishes are vegetarian. The bissap juice was delicious and well needed in this heat. Extra point to the staff, who was kind and didn’t forget us, even our table was a bit apart (unfortunately not that usual in Paris).

The restaurant is in a great location, overlooking the river. It’s popular so has a good atmosphere. The service was really good. The food was delicious and a bit different from anything I’ve had before. Would highly recommend.

Hip and trendy restaurant for a shared dining experience. Some of the tapas were quite good (like the falafel, nuggets, etc) , others just ok. Maybe a bit expensive for the amounts that you get. It was also too noisy and crowded for my taste (we were sitting inside).

Aucune protéines, vous sortirez de ce repas en ayant faim 1h ou 2 après
Les cocktails étaient corrects mais pas extraordinaires non plus à 12 et 14€
Nous y sommes allés pour un repas festif important, avons consommé, été très déçus et avons fini chez Breathe qui avait une toute dernière table de disponible et qui est 10 tons au dessus en terme de niveau
La responsable de la salle qui nous a demandé comment c’était, ne s’attendait pas à notre retour et nous a expliqué qu’effectivement on était les premiers apparemment à ne pas être satisfait et que ça doit être la faute de « nos goûts »
Il faudra lui rappeler que c’est pas mal de regarder les clients dans les yeux quand on leur parle sans donner l’impression qu’on s’en fiche de leur avis😄

This is a hip, laid-back restaurant serving small plates and original cocktails and a nice wine list. Great service, very tasty imho. 90€ for 2 very hungry people, we each had one cocktail.

Nous avions pris les wings de chou fleur, excellentes, les aubergines et courgettes frites, très bonnes, les gnocchis à la truffe, bons, un peu étouffe chrétien, et les tacos, décevants. Salle assez bruyante. C'est un peu l'usine et un samedi soir les serveurs sont parfois débordés, on va pas se mentir. Mais ça reste globalement une bonne expérience.

Sharing plates are good (although not extraordinary) but desserts mwah (even the non-vegan). Plus it's a very big place which is super crowded and very small tables (Paris style - but for sharing dishes??). Very loud and warm too if you make a reservation I don't expect to have to wait in line outside - which wasn't clearly indicated either. Great that this veg place is hip but I don't think it's a great place.

Read moreThe menu is made up of sharing plates that are all vegetables and absolutely no protein whatsoever. We ordered the Muhammara dish and the flavour of cloves was overhelming.
Maybe it’s just my taste, but I didn’t like it and the rest of the menu didn’t excite me at all. The place was so full of people but I just didn’t enjoy my food and I also don’t want to go and eat just vegetables! I need some protein.

Such a wonderful tapas-style menu with many vegan options clearly labeled. Order the cauliflower wings and “The Mirror” cocktail! We had no reservations and got sat quickly and were able to continue ordering via the QR code on the table… not to mention the location for outside dining!! 10/10
