Mashawsha Hummus
Small and cozy place with one hummus dish (mashawsha), soup in the winter, special dishes such as eggplants on weekends. Often crowded but worth the wait. Serves mostly vegan menu. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-11:00pm, Fri 11:00am-4:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

There's hummus...and then there's this place!! - Edit
Definitely worthy of it's reputation as serving some of the best hummus in Tel Aviv. Small and modest looking little place just off of Bograshov, the menu is fairly simple and based around (any guesses..?) yup, hummus! I went for one with whole chickpeas in, which came as a warm and filling bowlful along with fresh fluffy pitta, a dish of pickles, and some hot green sauce. If like I used to, you think of hummus as a cold dish then you are in for an education - in the best possible way. Will definitely be back!
Pros: Amazing hummus, Friendly staff, Great value
Cons: Limited seating at busy times

Great place in the evening - Edit
We sat outside and watched lots of dogs walk by with people. The staff spoke English and they also had an English menu. Hummus is great and plentiful. Serves beer.
Pros: Fast , vegan options

Great humus - Edit
Traditional made Arab humus, where you can taste the chick peas. All the usual humus combinations plus good salads. Comfortable wood cafe-type interior plus seating outside. Friendly service. Often busy. In my opinion one of the 3 best humus in Tel Aviv.
