Flavorful - Edit
The medium spice was definitely spicy, but the taste was great. Had to order rice separately as well as the bread. The buffet was disappointing because there were pretty much no vegan options so we had to pay more and order off the menu.

Ok - Edit
We got the gobi manchurian (tomato sauce on cauliflower) onion masala dosa (thin pancake with diced onion), the vegetable uthappam (vegetable flatbread) and tandori roti (vegan naan bread). The tandori roti and tomato cauliflower were great, but the entrees were pretty meh. The most dominant flavor in each was the bread, and none of the provided sauces complimented the flavors.

Lots of vegan options that are well labeled - Edit
I was very impressed with the range of vegan dishes, and vegetarian menu has vegan options labeled with a "V" (dairy-containing items have a "VG for vegetarian). Good spices and flavors.
Read moreI recommend ordering off the menu if you are here for lunch. The buffet wasn’t great, just a couple of vegan options, and was underwhelming.

Go for lunch - Edit
The lunch buffet had lots of well labeled vegan options including a made to order vegan Dosa. They will offer to bring Naan, but if you tell them you are vegan they will bring vegan roti instead. Indian food is always best when you get a large variety and the buffet did not disappoint.

Just okay - Edit
I think Masala does a great job with the amount of vegan options on the menu and even at the buffet! However, their food is a bit on the oily side and a little bland. They also don’t automatically give you chutney and their samosas taste like they were frozen. I had the jackfruit curry dish and it’s great that they offer it since I’ve never seen it anywhere ! But just a lot of oil. I don’t mind oil but there was a pretty thick layer on top of mine.
Read moreI prefer flavor of India personally. Masala taste very generic
Pros: Lots of vegan options including jackfruit ! , Great location and customer service
Cons: Expensive, Bland , Not authentic

Would give 5 stars if I could - Edit
They have a whole page of vegan items on their regular menu. All that I have tried have been excellent. I would recommend their vegan dosas, especially if you have never had any before. Their lunch buffet has a ton of clearly marked vegan options as well. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they even gave me fresh made roti instead of the naan basket they usually provide with buffet when I told them I was vegan!

Many Vegan and vegetarian options - Edit
I was blown away that they have a lunch buffet with clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options! Even the salad bar had vegan and vegetarian signs including their salad dressings and sauces!
Read moreI LOVE Indian food! Generally buffets aren’t as good as ordering and this buffet wasn’t an exception but I had to try it because of the clearly marked signs. The buffet was only $12 which is pretty cheap for Indian food.
I’ve ordered off their menu before and if you know what you want I would recommend this over their lunch buffet.
Their website has their menu so give that a look.
Pros: Lunch buffet with clearly marked vegan options, Lunch buffet is fast and reasonable, Many vegan options
Cons: A little smallish so can fill up , Parking can also be a bit of a pain
