Sehr nettes und schönes Restaurant - Edit
Es wurde uns direkt mitgeteilt, dass es fast alles auch vegan gibt. Also wenn einem auf der Karte etwas gefällt einfach fragen.

An Indian restaurant a notch or two above - Edit
Now that we’re in suburban heaven here in Palm Beach County, I got a large full color flyer in the mail advertising this restaurant as Indian street food. The marketing brochure was very slick, so we took our little baby and the three of us went and had a nice dinner. First Off, the full liquor bar was nice so I had a Bombay sapphire and tonic to set the mood. Dark and chic on the inside. We got there early and the place filled up. Unlike other Indian restaurants they did not have any of the vegan items labeled. At first that was disappointing, but our waitress was an expert and she rattled off all the things that we could have and was also knowledgeable that we don’t want GHEE. They’ve been open less than two months so I’m hoping there will be more vegan demand based on reviews and experiences like ours. The cauliflower with vegetables was not deep-fried like many places, so it was great. The mushroom stew was great, the fried rice with no egg was tasty. She steered us away from the rice that is cooked with milk. The kitchen was a little slow but I think they were very mindful of our Vegan requirement, so we didn’t mind. I think they’re going to build a great following. We will definitely be back!

Excellent well labeled vegan options - Edit
Significant options for vegan and gluten-free. The staff is well versed on what is vegan. The Dal Tadka, aloo Gobi, Saag, and roti were all excellent.

Really good food - Edit
I had the vegan mantra and it tasted amazing. I like when a restaurant has dishes that are clearly labeled vegan, cuz it just means less stress asking, making sure etc..
Read moreThe waiter was a little lost one time and forgot about our naan bread (that can be made vegan btw), but honestly, we're all human and we got it eventually :)

FIVE STARS - Edit
We go once a week! So many options! The staff is remarkable and very accommodating in offering many vegan options. We try something different every week. Vegan or not, this is the best Indian food.

My first Indian restaurant experience was amazing - Edit
I so enjoyed this experience! They have a nice selection of vegan options and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I started with samosas and fried onions and both dishes were fresh and hot and delicious. My main meal was the Vegan Mantra which is filled with tofu and veggies in this wonderful coconut curry sauce. It was served with jasmine rice and vegan naan.

Excellent vegan food - Edit
Masala Mantra was a wonderful discovery in Cape Coral! They have vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu and we learned many of the items are made vegan without needing to ask for a modification. Their website also says they have many mantras, one of which is "go vegan" :)
Read moreWe enjoyed everything we ordered and have zero complaints. The manchurian cauliflower is outstanding (seriously don't miss this), the chana masala had the perfect amount of spice and flavor, the dal saag was not what we expected but it was tasty (next time we'll get it medium spice level), and the vegan naan was so fluffy and delicious! The naan was actually a welcomed surprise and we loved that we had options to choose from like garlic and onion. Usually we only have roti available.
Pros: Vegan naan in many varieties, Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Masala Mantra is by far my favorite place to go! Can only give 4 stars because it’s not 100% vegan but having the vegan options displayed on the menu and knowledgeable staff is amazing. Love their chana masala and vegan naan!

Best Indian food around. - Edit
Love the Samosas and everything we ordered was very good. Hot and fresh. Go there every time I visit Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. I’d give them a 5 star if we could but it’s not 💯 % vegan so we can’t.

Best Samosas ever - Edit
Fantastic food. Small, hard to find, keep a look out or you'll miss it like we did. It's in a strip mall by Salvation Army. Sign says Indian Bistro. The samosas are seriously the best I've had. The Manchurian gobi (cauliflower) is so good. And the staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. Just ask, they can do almost anything.

So many options! - Edit
Manchurian cauliflower. Manchurian baby corn. Samosas. Vegetable rice. Pakora. Those are my go-to choices! We love ordering a bunch for take-out and then making a buffet out of it. Always have leftovers. There’s so many vegan options and I didn’t know until I stumbled upon them. Fragrant, flavorful, and totally guilt-free—I love this place! We’ve gotten it every other week (if not weekly!) since we found it.
