Vegetarian restaurant located down a side path on Santa Rosa which leads to a hotel and is not obvious from the street. The lentil burger is vegan. Has fresh juice. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-7:00pm.

Real Vegetarian Restaurant - Edit
The only (100 %) Vegetarian restaurat in all pof southern Chile.Not a Hare Krishna restaurant but one with a Sikh cook who obviously knows what Indian Vegetarian 🥘Cooking is.
About half the options are VEGAN but other dishes can be
altered to Vegan standards. Also, there are some sugar and gluten-free options possible.
Look for Masala Chai up the hill.

Very nice place for a meal, their are a few options on the menu vegan or can be made vegan. Very nice staff working here. Also very nice (vegan) Chai Latte
At the bigger street there is a sign to show you where it is.
Nice home vibe!
Tip for the burger, make some better bread, the burger is great but the bread is not at the same level

Found this vegetarian place in puerto varas, it is set back from the road so you have to search for it, I explained I was a vegan and they offered my a lentil burger/sandwich and it was superb! Didn't see a menu so can't offer anymore info on that.But I also had a fresh juice which was really good too
Pros: great food, nice staff
Cons: little hard to find, not all vegan!
