We finally found vegan sushi! - Edit
My husband is fully vegan and I am vegetarian leaning. One thing we've both been missing is sushi! We discovered this place had an account on Happy Cow and wrote that they have vegan sushi, meals, noodles and more so we thought we'd try it. When we arrived and ordered we confirmed their vegan options with the staff. Then the plate came and wow! They dolled it up! (See pictures)

- Pumpkin Tempura
- "Super Veggie"
(Lettuce, Avocado, Cucumber, Carrot, Mango wrapped w/soy paper)
- "Mr. Green"
(Lettuce, Cucumber, Avocado, Seaweed Salad)
The Super Veggie and Mr. Green rolls were so big that my husband said he was full, which rarely happens! Overall we had a great lunch date and will definitely be going back to get our sushi fix! This is a great place for vegans to dine with non vegans because they have all the normal-type sushi and Japanese food options as well.
