Printed plant based steak - Edit
The 3D printed plant based steak dish was fantastic! It reminded me of brisket. The sauce on the oven grilled potatoes and arugula with tomatoes was very tasty too. They also had a vegan gnocchi dish with mixed veggies that was very good.

My partner tried to order the “3D printed vegan steak” on the menu but apparently they said something about the supplier no longer delivering to them. :’( But they fashioned a vegan pasta for him with a variety of veggies, it was apparently very good. Still, wish that they would cross it out on their menu or something.

Best vegan food in Sanremo - Edit
My son and I are both vegan. He's only 3 and pretty picky. He had delicious simple spaghetti with oil and garlic. Marzio absolutely surpassed expectations with a vegan beef ragu linguine. Service was excellent and food was exquisite.
