chewy udon noodles - Edit
really like the soy protein option they have for their soups and the noodles are super good. wish they offered tofu and had soy sauce but appreciate the multiple vegan soup bases!

The tan tan is good, clearly labeled as vegan on the menu. The udon is very fresh & tastes great, but wish there were a few more vegan options
