Serves meat, vegan options available. Small, family-owned soba shop. The owners can speak English and are able to substitute vegan seaweed-based broth for the fish broth in traditional soba recipes upon request. Vegan options include: kakesoba, zarusoba, sudachisoba, an onigiri, and some desserts. Buckwheat noodles can also be requested for cold-noodle dishes, for a gluten-free option. Open Tue-Sat 11:30am-3:00pm.

Soba noodles in a cosy garden restaurant - Edit
Their broth usually has dashi made with katsuo, but owner can substitute it for just kelp base for 150yen. Speaks english and has some good options for vegetarian.

Amazing soba - Edit
This place is wonderful. The owners understand English and veganism! They are more than willing to accommodate special diets. I recommend the sudachi soba! I would give this place 5 stars if the site would let me!
