It's the vibe - Edit
They do soy coffees and there is always items on the menu which are vegan and/or veganisable, although as with most non vegan establishments if you would like a vegan sweet or dessert you're out of luck.
Read moreThe food and coffee are good but not great. It does have couches, art and a rather chillaxed vibe to it - that's what I go there for more than the food and drink.
Pros: Couches, Cruisy, laid back vibe

That's what the establishment promises at this main street Parramatta cafe. It's veg*n friendly, in that it has a vegetarian menu who the staff are only to happy to modify to make vegan. The ambience is good, there seems to be plenty of space and with the absence of alternatives in Parramatta, it was nice to eat vegan at Mars Hill Cafe.
