Chef will happily make dishes vegan - Edit
Nile was our fantastic waiter at Maro Grill. He and the chef were very accommodating and made sure there were no animal products or added oil. My favorite was the roasted vegetables. They were so good! Ask for them since they are not on the menu. Chef made us a special plate of figs served on some sprouted greens. Very nice atmosphere.
