There's a booth of a woman selling vegan and vegetarian spreads, usually 4 vegan 2 vegetarian. She let's you taste test, then you can buy them in containers and pay by weight.
They are unreal, completely selfmade and delicious. Keep in the fridge for ~5 days.
Other stands sell vegetables, fruits, ready soups and loads of bread, bread rolls and pastries which are either labelled vegan or the seller can give you information. I found one that sells a loot of vegan sweets, even cinnamon rolls in different variations. I LOVED the baked apple roll!!! So fluffy and moist.
