Not a lot on offer

A few veggie things and a couple of vegan things by accident

On the whole, not a lot going on. Marks and Spencer are way behind other UK supermarkets in that sense, shame on you!!

Cons: Not many vegan options, Expensive, Way behind other supermarkets

Store has some good vegan option for on the go

Although we did not pay attention to the warm meals, the store has some good option like gummy bears /wine gums etc, sorbet, soy drinks, cashew drink and many more as well as a soy iced coffee (that is not cooled though)

In need of some basics or brit stuff? Go here.

Theres a handful of vegan or veggie items here. M&S do the vegan friendly colin and connie caterpillars if you are looking for a sweet! Crisps have some vegan options and so does the bread/bakery. Generally though, everything tends to be 'all butter' this or 'rich milk' that as M&S likes to indulge.

Pros: Crisps, Peanut butter, Brit stuff

Cons: Expensive, Lack of Vegan options

nice place

this was a great option on January 2nd when two veggie restaurants in Valetta were closed and we couldn't be bothered to spend too much money on soup which was what we were craving.
it was super busy but the store manager was insanely helpful especially with me being vegan and my boyfriend vegetarian and us asking about soup-options.
i had the tomato & basil soup and my boyfriend a pumpkin soup. both tasted really nice. mind: they heat up canned soups that can also be purchased in store. it's not fresh food!

my vegan hot chocolate (served with soy milk) was great!
two soups + two hot drinks were 10 euro, which is a true bargain!

the shop has some snack options for vegans, too!

Pros: price, service, location

Cons: food isn't freshly prepared

Ok for a snack or after shopping

This is a chain store of the British retailer Marks & Spencer, which has a cafeteria on the ground floor. You can get coffee and cake and salad and sandwiches there, on the whole that's it. A warm daily soup is also being offered, but it was already sould out when I was there, so I can't say whether it was vegetarian or not. However, I have been offered to choose a canned soup out of a shelf close to the cafeteria-area, which they would warm over. This propbably is also possible with other food stored there by the freezers like vegetarian lasagne aso.
All things considered, it's ok for a coffee or a small snack. Not vegan-friendly, though.
