So incredible! - Edit
Absolutely loved our time at Mark and Vinny‘s. We went there to celebrate our graduation from College and the staff was super accomodating, friendly and kind. I loved how many vegan options they had and me and my friends would definitely love to come back. Moreover, the food I tried didn’t only taste great but it also looked amazing.

Awesome place. I went there for my bday so they even sang for me. Haha. The food was delicious. I went there with four meateaters and we all were amazed by the food. Great place for a date night or small intimate dining.

Simply amazing - Edit
The charcoal bucatini with the vegan egg is a must, definitely one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. I also had the lasagne which was lovely. Yes it is on the pricey side, but you need to try it at least once!

Tasty handmade pasta - Edit
I came here with a coeliac friend of mine as it covered both my and her requirements. Tasty, delicious food all round but talk about packed in like sardines. I think we accidentally clobbered the table next to us on numerous occasions as we were seated about 10 cm away. Would come again for the food but might consider take away!

Best vegan Italian food in Australia. - Edit
I have been there several times now and each time I have been greeted by the owner Vince, who is always a wonderful host.
Read moreThe food is sensational, and has weekly vegan specials, so there is always something new to try.
The vegan pasta carbonara, with charcoal Bucatini, mushroom pancetta, and vegan egg is otherworldly.
Pros: More than half the menu is vegan, Amazing host, Rotating specials menu

BEST VEGAN ITALIAN - Edit
Came here in 2019 while visiting Australia. I'm still thinking about the vegan lasagna I had. Best lasagna i've ever had, the "cheese" was so good. This place has something for everyone, vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters so great place for groups. We also got the Fiori di Zucca which was also amazing. I hope to come back one day!

Delicious vegan food - Edit
Excellent atmosphere in a cosy location. Vince met us at the door with a massive smile! Fantastic service. The menu is the reverse of a "normal" restaurant - predominantly vegan meals with only a couple of omnivore choices. Spoilt for choice, everything we ordered was top-notch, absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Great spot - Edit
A largely vegan menu so no problems with choice. Lovely staff and a few outdoor tables. We tried two of the entrees, two of the mains and a dessert (all vegan) and everything was delicious, my only criticism being the batter for the zucchini flowers being on the heavy and thick side.

Cosy, little place with fantastic menu options! We tried the zucchini flowers, bucatini, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts. Would get all dishes again! Cauliflower was a little more fried than I’d like but still tasty and overall loved everything. Keen to go back. I recommend booking.

Incredible vegan replicas - Edit
Super trendy Italian cocktail bar/restaurant. Really nice vibe and wonderful attentive staff. The menu had a lot of well labelled vegan and vegetarian options (including desserts!) My friend and I split a vegan antipasto platter, vegan lasagne and vegan gnocchi special and left absolutely stuffed. The gnocchi had the most incredible flavour because of its truffle infusion and the "cheese" on the lasagne was incredibly realistic. Will definitely return!

Just too little - Edit
We had a very welcome from Vinny and the service went a little astray at times after that.
Read moreAs we had little time we thought we'd just get mains. I ordered the Charcoal Bucatini using zucchini noodles instead of pasta. Even though I didn't have the pasta, I still expected some charcoal but none to be had. The dish also stated Smoked mushroom pancetta, but it was also lacking on the plate. The food was still nice, but the portions were small; so much so I was hungry not long after leaving.
We also had the citrus salad, it was OK, but large chunks of radicchio made it a bit challenging to eat and it was too bitter.
Pros: nice food, very close to the Dove & Olive
Cons: small portions, expensive

Delicious Pasta! - Edit
I’ve been here twice and the food has been spectacular. Both times I have gotten the zucchini flowers and the charcoal bucatini but with gluten free pasta.

Nice food. Shame about the price. - Edit
A friend recommended this place but warned me that it was pricey - and he was right.
Read moreEarly evening and the place was packed with a young crowd. Vince, the owner, greeted me at the door and found me a table inside - a very small table with neighbours so close I had to be careful with the elbows.
I ordered lasagne for a main with "apple pie" (more like two pastry parcels with apple inside) for dessert. Both delicious although only small to medium in size but a big price. $28 for lasagne with no trimmings and $16 for the apple pie-lets.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Over-priced and small servings
