Not a tone of vegan options but a few , had the Tempe bowl added tofu and a side of beyond sausage ,,, the ingredients where good it’s ok but sorta middle of road little greasy but went down easy

There are a few options but breakfast potatoes have butter premixed into them. Contrary to the description there are no vegan pancakes. It is a really cute college restaurant and they do have some basic vegan options. Just not anything really creative. Also you can’t modify their dishes, can only remove ingredients

Marigold Kitchen is such a cute restaurant, with nice outdoor seating in the summer. I was happy with the number of vegan and vegetarian options when I visited for brunch. I ordered the tempeh and grain bowl with added tofu. It was super filling and delicious! I would have liked additional sauce served on the side, but overall very good. I also ordered an iced churro latte with oat milk which I loved. I visited on a Sunday morning and it was very busy.
