Es un sitio agradable con opciones vegetarianas y veganas. En las vegtarianas usan quesos que no sé si llevan cuajo animal o microbiano... Si es lo primero, no son vegetarianas, pero al menos hay vegano.

Delicious sandwiches in the heart of A Coruña - Edit
Mari Castaña is a cozy bar in the heart of A Coruña. It serves open sandwiches ("tostas"), of which some of them are vegetarian and couple of them vegan. The nice thing is that they are clearly marked and that they are authentic Spanish tapas.
It is great to go there with friends, have some beers with a couple of breads. They also have salads and vegetable soup and spreads like salmorejo, hummus or olive paste.
I love it everytime we are there. You should not go too late for supper, as the place is very popular and might happen that they else run out of food. So better hurry to get the yummy breads :)
