Best Vegan Fideua Out there - Edit
A restaurant that actually does more than just put "Vegetable Paella / Fideua" on the menu. We had the"Tierra y Mar" with esparragos and seaweed, and it was a real treat. Great starters as well! They also offer "Arroz meloso" vegan which I've never seen offered before.

delicious paella in a nice spot - Edit
The paella was very tasty, as were the bravas. (If you don't want to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for your paella, you should call ahead and order a table reservation.) We got a nice table despite not having a reservation and the staff were very friendly.

Different vegan rices - Edit
We really enjoyed this restaurant. They have several vegan options on the menu and everything is labeled so it's easy to know. We had two starters and the vegetable paella. Everything was very good and you can feel the ingredients are fresh. I believe you should come to this place to experience the truly Valencian paella.

Clear menu, great paella - Edit
The menu was clearly labelled with what was vegan. Two different paellas to choose between. The dish was huge! Really tasty and lots of different vegetables in there!

Awesome vegan vegetable paella - Edit
Top choice for vegan Valencian specialities in this picturesque location right by the Albufera coastal lagoon. They serve a vegan paella, a vegan fideuá and a vegan arroz meloso, which I'd say it's good range of options, much more considering that most vegetable paellas across Valencia are cooked with chicken broth (please have it mind next time you order a vegetable paella).
Read moreWe ordered the vegan vegetable paella and it was absolutely tasty (my friends from Valencia totally agreed). They have a few vegan starters and a vegan horchata ice cream for dessert. Vegan wines also labeled in the menu.
Reservation is mandatory, it's very unlikely that you get a table if you didn't reserve in advance. When doing it you can also order you dish so that it'll be shortly ready upon your arrival.
It's a bit pricey but a good paella it's never inexpensive. We had two starters, a bottle of white wine, a paella for 3 and two desserts and we paid 100€ for all, which is a very fair price considering the top quality of all that we had.
Pros: excellent tasty paella, labels vegan dishes, vegan wines, super hepful professional staff, parking lot for clients
Cons: reservation mandatory, a bit pricey but all summed up it's OK

Nice - Edit
If you are in El Palmar and you are vegan, I'll spare you the search, this is one of the few restaurants, if not the only one, that has some plant-based dishes 🌿
Read moreGood paella, with lots of vegetables; remember to book and say that you want the vegetable paella because 1 the place fills up with people after 1pm, and 2 if you don't book the paella before you will have to wait about an hour for them to prepare it 🥘

Arroceria El Rek - Edit

Friendy people, great food! - Edit
Considering this place is mentioned in the Michelin guide of Spain, we made a reservation with The Fork. This worked great! They have two vegan paella’s, but you can only order them starting from two persons. It works like that for every paella, not just the vegan ones.
Read moreWe loved the paella and they even had an almond ice cream dessert. The people are really friendly and I think that’s special considering the amount of tourists.
They had a lot of other vegan options on the menu and you can recognize them by a little vegan logo next to them, but El Palmar is known for it’s paella’s and they even have 2 vegan ones so…😉
Pros: A lot of vegan options, including dessert. , Really not that expensive , Friendly people
Cons: None!
