Inconsistent hours - Edit
Delicious, incredible food, but the hours are incredibly inconsistent and they often do not post ahead when they will be closed, please call ahead to confirm they're open.

We were a party of five and everyone enjoyed their meal. Everything on the menu is vegan, and they dont rely too heavily on faux meat. The portions were large and the prices were good. There were so many great things to try, and i hope to return and try other dishes someday.

Such great vegan versions of the food I grew up with. My non plant-based husband loved his quesabirria tacos and I had the sopes. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back to try everything else!

Always greeted with a smile and friendly employees. Had the Chilaquiles, one my of favorite dishes, Maria Cruz just has it with a twist. No complaints though, food is excellent and savory.

Delicious food with a Mexican twist. Service and pricing excellent! Enjoyed chick pea tacos, lentil soup, others had mushroom tacos, burger & fries, roasted eggplant sub on French bread everything g is plant based. Coffee so delicious! Provide you with free cucumber water soon as you arrive. Atmosphere just perfect. You must try it.

If I have to pick things a part, I wish they used different "meat" for different dishes to add more mouth feel and authenticity. The cheese also needs work. But bottom line the flavors were great.
Atmosphere/service
This is a casual place, perfect for lunch. It has a cute interior and nice clientele. Service is a bit slow during lunch hour and the plates came out staggered. The staff is friendly and overall it's a nice vibe.
Pros: reasonably priced, good flavor, Finally a vegan option in the RGV
Cons: cheese was really not good, only open until 4pm

One of the Few All-Vegan Places - Edit
The only all-vegan place that I saw in the Valley that offered breakfast. The breakfast burrito was not only scrumptious but very filling. My wife got the quilaquiles and they were equally as delicious. We both got the Golden Latte, which was only okay.
