For most, the choice of whether to risk milling around the food courts at airports to hopefully find enough to satisfy you, or splashing out on a lounge is quite difficult. For me, given what I eat, it’s a little more simple.
Read moreSo it was that I found myself here at Dubai Terminal 1. There are three more of this ilk in Terminal 3, but this was all I had to shoot at. The interior was calm and comfortable, and the staff were more than diligent in their duties of clearing plates and restocking buffet items. As the for the spread itself, while not a huge range to choose from, what was there was very good and all clearly marked. The noodles probably just about pipped the mixed pepper bil zeit for best dish of the day. I was sure to gorge myself on the mixed nuts, I know how to get my moneys worth! If I was flying from this terminal again, I would go back to this lounge as it did do the job.
