Absolutely fantastic food. The croissant was the best I have ever had, even considering the ones I had had before I went vegan. The focaccia was also an easy 5/5; moist and juicy, with savory toppings. No surprise at all that this is one of the top rated shops in Amsterdam.

My partner and I shared the cheesy kimchi foccacia and hazelnut coffee brioche with an americano for breakfast. The pastries are just expertly made. They look beautiful and taste decadent. Super fresh and delicate and just the right amount of richness. Super friendly staff too! All around lovely experience.

I have tried to eat at Margo's more than once unsuccessfully - so definitely check their hours and vacations. But if you have the pleasure of being able to visit, congratulations. I only had room for the croissant, but that is where I think you should start. Being a vegan for so long, it is really difficult to get a proper croissant. This is it. Enjoy!
