If you’re vegan don’t go - Edit
They overlooked my request for no dairy. I was in a hurry so I didn’t ask for them to remake it and left without food.

¡Muy bien! - Edit
The attentive, respectful, and upbeat staff made up for the disappointment/frustration I felt when I saw my special request "No cheese/dairy please" had been overlooked. I ordered online for pickup and got an immediate email confirmation. NOTE: Setting your pick-up time for as soon as possible (11:00) is unrealistic since that's the time they open, though my food was still ready relatively quickly! (11:24) Also, PRO TIP: If wanting to order a lunch special ahead of time, you'll only be able to order lunch specials off the online menu from 11-3 when lunch menu items are served. All in all, food is great. Hard to be too sad/mad about there being cheese on my enchiladas since the workers were so friendly and speedy at getting my food out to me. Pretty sure the guy even threw in chips & salsa that don't normally come with it, on the house, because of my wait.

Colorful restaurant with decent food - veg options clearly marked - Edit
We recently ate here on a road trip from Atlanta to Salt Lake City. We had a huge truck with a trailer and a car on it with all our son's stuff, so we needed somewhere that was safe to eat so nobody would steal our stuff. This restaurant was great. The food was typical Mexican with lots of veggie options. I had an interesting dish called Chilaquiles con huevos which was crispy deep fried corn tortillas scrambled with eggs and sauce topped with cheese, rice and beans. It was really yummy. We also had the veggie enchiladas which were vegan and the Expresso vegetarian - which could be made vegan. Everything was delicious and I had enough left over to eat later on my road trip.
