Mexican veg options - Edit
Nice spacious restaurant with a separate veg section. I had the enchiladas…tasty. They had black beans inside, and also came with a the side of beans. If I go again, I’d get more rice or veggies instead of so many beans! Friendly and attentive service.

Good find in a vegan desert - Edit
Cerveza Factory is Margarita Factory now. Enchiladas were great after they remade them without cheese! The margaritas are awesome, though. Recommend the jalapeño one.

They have a section of the menu with vegetarian and vegan options. I ordered the vegan burrito and asked if I needed to do anything to make sure it is vegan and the waiter said me it would be vegan. It came out covered in cheese and sour cream. We had to send it back and have it remade which is always a wasteful and frustrating experience. If you say vegan and no dairy I believe they will get it right. Once the order was right it was very tasty. Chips and salsa are great, guacamole is delicious and the burrito was flavorful! Just make sure you tell them to make vegan and dairy free!
