A family owned business serves meat, but also offers a number of vegetarian and vegan choices. The bakery is a zaharoplastio. Has many vegan sweets, a daily vegan focaccia and a sesame covered gevrek in the morning. The owners are aware of what a vegan is and will answer your questions regarding the ingredients. Wi-Fi. Open Mon-Sat 6:30am-8:00pm.

Great bakery - Edit
This bakery is similar to the Greek ones. A lot of breads, sweets, breakfast options are several. Note that if you are in that South-Western area of Bulgaria, there are not too many places to have vegan things.
Pros: Staff speaks English and Greek, The place is very clean and smells delicious, Cheap
Cons: More vegan options would be great
