Great for grab & go food. - Edit
Great to pick up vegan gluten-free muffins or snacks. Lovely assortment of items, almost anything you can dream up. Sadly the prices aren’t the best.

This grocery store has a ton of vegan options. Because it is a health store there are a lot of things here you can't find in regular grocery stores.

Your go-to healthy grocery on the West island - Edit
TAU exists in Pointe-Claire since 2011 and moved to its actual location in 2018. They have plenty of gluten free options, vegan and organic groceries. Their organic produce isle is kept fresh by cold mist. They have a bakery, coffee shop and hot bar. No matter what product I am looking for, I try TAU first. From 2019 they offer a loyalty card program for frequent shoppers. Their vegan carrot cake & rocky road cookies are amazing!

I have tried all the health food stores on the West Island and some in Montreal. I really like Tau because it has everything I want and usually in different formats, or even different brands.
Read moreThe place is clean and there is enough staff to find someone to help you if you need it.
They also have a loyalty card. I recommend it without reservations.
