Key Brussels Store - Edit

Go there for vegetables and fruits. I think they have the cheapest organic+local fresh products of the city. And lots of choices too.
Same remark for bulk products: dry figs for 8,55 euros/kilo, cashews for 14,70/kilo, etc.
They also have cheeses, olives, wine, oil, breads and pastries, pasta, cookies, etc. (I repeat myself but the vegetables/fruits are the main reason to visit).
It’s always busy but there is a reason why! :)

Pros: cheap (for organic), Big space, Lots of local products

Cons: No soy or vegan products of the sort

The place to be - Edit

They manage to offer very cheap goods in the City center. Their fruits and veg are as local as possible. I mean, if you really want to buy bananas, they have some, but you'll find their range of belgian apples much more appealing...
Oh and bring empty bottles: they even sell bulk wine and olive oil...

Pros: bulk goods, nice building

Cons: crowded on weekends, not near the metro, sells meat
