Great pub - Edit
One of the best pubs in Manchester. Very old, with victorian tile work and a great atmosphere, it'soften packed, so pop in on a week night to be sure of a seat. The Marble makes it's own beers, all of which are vegan. The "Chocolate Marble" is a little like I remember Guinness being, and is lovely. The "Ginger Marble" it a great fresh tasting beer, with a gingery zing.
I've struggled to find vegan food on the menu in the past, but it's well worth seeing what's on the menu. There are better places to head for vegan food in Manchester, but you won't find a better pub.

Try 'The Bar' for food - Edit
'The Marble' pub is a lovely place, with clearly labelled vegan beers. So popular it's normally packed. The brewery has another pub nearby (on Wilbraham Road) called 'The Bar', which has several good vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, including a sunday roast and a falafel sandwich.
Pros: their own brand beers..., ...are vegan and lovely
