Cosy restaurant in the deep North - Edit

As soon as you step in the place you can hear a yoik embracing you and you feel the real essence of sápmi. That's why I chose this restaurant even dough they don't have any vegan dish in their menu. (No restaurant here have any, so I just got on an adventure and I was really happy I found this place!). I told right away the lady at the counter that I'm vegan and she replied saying they don't have any vegan dish but they can make something for me. The option were: red pizza with some veggies, pasta with veggies and french fries. And of course salad. Special mention to their french fries, home made from local potatoes. Small, thin and crispy and not oily at all (I took the huge portion and I would have eaten more!). Mention about the side salad: simple side salad with cucumber and tomatoes. It came together with the fries and I paid around 60kroner (around 5.5 euros). This is a super price in Norway since you can pay up to 180knoner for a side salad in a restaurant. The lady was super helpful and not judgemental at all (yes I got some bad eyes in some other places in Lapland when I asked for vegan food and the only solution was the cabbage salad at the buffet table). She built me a nice, warm meal that I could enjoy sit in a nice traditional atmosphere. Plus she gave me suggestions about where to go and what to visit here and I asked her about the Sami music compilation they were playing in the restaurant and she was super happy to talk about Sami music :)
