Typical Mexican, but make it vegan - Edit
We really enjoyed our impossible enchiladas with vegan cheese. The complimentary chips and salsa were delish and excellent “skinny” margs. Good service and seemed to stay open later during Village Fest on Thursdays.

Touristy Mexican restaurant - Edit
Typical average tasting touristy Mexican food, I am very thankful they had a vegetarian menu though (where most of the food can be made vegan!). They offer vegan cheese and meats which I always appreciate. I had the spinach and mushroom enchiladas and they were okay, but I found “real” cheddar cheese sprinkled in one of them.
Read moreIt seems as if they started making it non-vegan and then realized the mistake after starting, or maybe there was cheese on their gloves and a lot fell in? Either way it seems like they may not be too careful, so I would double check before eating. It seems as if other reviewers have mentioned this too.

Mexican restaurant with vegan cheese!! - Edit
I had dinner here twice recently and it's great! The vegetable enchiladas with vegan cheese were so delish and fresh tasting. They have a section of their regular menu labeled "vegetarian" and most can be made vegan. The servers were knowledgeable about the vegan options. The vibe is great, it's right downtown in the heart of everything. Great margaritas. The patio is a great spot and the chairs are comfortable because they have padding. Loved this place! Will definitely be back to try more of their vegan options.

Great options! - Edit
Loved the impossible enchiladas with vegan cheese. I’m weird about vegan cheese but I thought this one was really good and not fake tasting at all. Nice outdoor seating with tons of heaters. Very friendly servers. Endless chips and salsa too!

Impossible crispy tacos! - Edit
Saw the HappyCow sticker posted on the window as we walked in and wasn’t disappointed! More veg menu options than I’m used to at a Mexican place. Would definitely go back!

We had the Impossible meat enchiladas with vegan cheese and black and rice. Delicious! If we lived closer, we'd stop by more often!

Fine, but shrimp under my burrito - Edit
I thought the food was fine overall, but the waiter seemed kind of confused about what vegan meant and forgot to bring us guacamole. I also noticed there was a giant chunk of shrimp sitting under one side of my burrito on the plate.

Vegan menu clearly laid out. - Edit
Was very happily surprised to find a vegan menu at a Mexican restaurant in Palm springs. I had the potato tacos with soyrizo and it was really good. The refried beans were even vegan which is hard to find in most Mexican restaurants. Great outdoor tables for people watching. Good food, good menu with vegan choices, good people watching. What else do you need?

Large portions, but unexpected charges - Edit
Several vegetarian options that can be made vegan (vegan cheese) with an additional, undisclosed charge. I ordered the vegetarian burrito and requested it to be made vegan and include the ground up impossible patty. The menu clearly states $3 for the patty, but not the $2 for vegan cheese. There’s also a $1.50 charge to use a credit card, which also was not disclosed. The burrito was a considerable portion and not bad, but the surprise charges left a bad taste in my mouth. I doubt I’d return.

Tasty food, great to have the option of vegan cheese. Huge portions, I love my food but could only eat half my burrito. Great spot for people watching!

Actual 4 star - Edit
This is not a 5 star but I can only give 4 because it's not vegan review. This is actual 4 star, but that's still pretty good
Read moreSeveral vegan options and lots of alcohol! They can also swap out vegan cheeze in any of the vegetarian options as well. I'm not a huge fan of beyond crumbles, which is probably why I consider this 4 star food, but the options are still solid and I still enjoy eating here. The quesadilla is my favorite
Pros: Vegan cheeze can be swapped, Great salsa
Cons: Only a few options
