So Good! - Edit
I can finally eat Cajun food with my meat eating husband. They have a dedicated Vegan menu. Cornbread is super moist. Drinks are great. Also had the Jambalaya and Collard Greens. Yum! Definitely recommend.

Maple Tree Inn is a nice upscale restaurant with a cozy ambiance. A great experience consistent with many others here on HC. Vegan options are unique and made it challenging to select 1.
Read moreWe had the vegan jalapeño cornbread muffins. They were a nice soft texture, but not exactly what we were looking for as an appetizer. We expected a little more jalapeño flavor and some heat where there was none, & also prefer less sweetness. That's just our preference.
We shared the Vegan Creole Jambalaya and Chargrilled Boil. Both were so delicious we can't pick which we liked best. The jambalaya had a great flavor and was hearty with Impossible Andouille. The boil was very well seasoned with a smooth vegan buttery broth.
This spot will be on our list when we're looking for a nicer dining experience and is well worth the drive!
Entrees are in the mid-$20 range.
Pros: Separate menu with many unique Vegan options, Great food, service, & ambiance

Everything is incredible - Edit
Took a chance and had my birthday dinner here without having been before. Totally blown away. Lots of thoughtful, delicious vegan items on their own menu and the service was outstanding. My favorites were the cornbread muffins and the jambalaya with their own Andouille sausage made with impossible meat. It was worth the drive out here.

Nice somewhat upscale spot with vegan options in the south suburbs - Edit
Maple Tree Inn offers a cool Creole dining experience with a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a romantic night out. Though not exclusively vegan, they serve some of the best vegan dishes you’ll find anywhere.
Read moreI started with the spinach “crab” cakes, which were so good I was tempted to order another round, but I had to save room for the main course. For my entrée, I chose the vegan jambalaya, and I was genuinely surprised at how flavorful and authentic it tasted. The spices were perfectly balanced, and it was hard to believe it was a vegan dish.
For dessert, they have one vegan option, which I ordered. Once the apples cooled down a bit, the house-made sherbet on top was the perfect complement.
I highly recommend making a reservation and dressing up if you can; it adds to the whole experience. Maple Tree Inn is a fantastic spot in the south suburbs and definitely worth a visit!
Pros: Atmosphere, Vegan options are really good, Good service

Good vegan options - Edit
I had the beet salad, cornbread, jambalaya, collard greens and peach cobbler for dessert. Portions are very generous. Great place to eat with omni friends and family. I did like the jambalaya, cornbread and collard greens. I wasn't a fan of the salad and the dessert. While I did like the food overall I probably won't be back again.

Full flavor bomb! - Edit
Full separate vegan menu available. We tried and loved all the appetizers. We tried the mushroom polenta, vegan jambalaya, and etouffee were all delightful. The vegan peach cobbler was warm and yummy. Ya can’t go wrong!
