El Mapa Verde es el restaurante vegano más veterano de Donostia. La filosofía de sus responsables se basa, sobre todo, en la comida con consciencia, para que prestemos atención a cómo nos alimentamos. Apuestan por productos naturales, de proximidad y en su gran mayoría ecológicos, y elaboran ellas mismas el 100% de los alimentos que ofrecen. El restaurante es un acogedor e invita a comer sin prisa.

Y si disfrutas de los postres, es especialmente rico el tiramisú, la tarta de queso y la tarta de chocolate, aunque siempre suelen cambiar y añadir nuevas delicias. En resumen, absolutamente recomendable y una visita obligada para las personas veganas y vegetarianas que se acerquen a Donostia.

Our only problem here was that we weren’t hungry enough. We ordered the tempeh salad and cheese plate and it was delicious! We’ll be back for sure!

The restaurant is very well decorated and the staff is attentive and kind. Dogs are also welcome. The food was fresh and tasty, and it provided a healthy break from our habitual eating habits! Highly recommended!

Recientemente celebramos un cumpleaños en el restaurante, el trato fue genial, pero lo mejor estaba por llegar, la comida.

Comenzamos compartiendo una ensalada de burrata, plato que hay que disfrutar SI o SI. Muy muy bueno.
Continuamos con el plato combinado del día, con su ensalada, parte proteica, guarnición...
Probamos también el bowl de quinoa y el guiso de Yackfruit, este último lo destacaría también.
Aunque llenas, dado que los platos son abundantes, no pudimos resistirnos al postre y pedimos tarta de queso, la mejor que he comido nunca.

An absolute treat, delicious food, freshly made with great consideration and nicely presented. Friendly staff and a pleasant dining experience. The only negative was that it was a bit on the chilli side the day we went there, what with the doors open because of the covid thing, so bring a jacket or jumper if you go there during winter.

This place is amazing. The three of us had three different meals and we all loved it. Super flavorful dishes and a full spectrum of flavors and textures. I find myself thinking about that meal even now several weeks after the visit. Could honestly go back to San Sebastian only to eat there! We were lucky to get a table, so make sure to make a reservation if you’re planning to go.

Me encanta que tengan refrescos de Whole Earth. Ya que es una alternativa más ética y ecológica que Cocacola.

This place serves very tasty dishes and has friendly staff. I had to take one star off because they use a lot of oil and it was therefore quiet heavy and not super healthy. I loved how they put up pictures of dogs that were ready to be adopted. The owners definitely have a big heart for animals

We went there for lunch in San Sebastian. Highly recommended to book a table beforehand. We didn't and the staff was very kind and squeezed us in between 2 reservations, very nice!

Comida muy buena! Pero por ahora el local es super pequeño y si no reservas es dificil comer. Tiene un montón de opciones sin gluten (incluido postres!) aunque no son aptos para celíacos por posible contaminación cruzada, pero si para intolerantes!
