Maoz great as usual

One of the large chain of Maoz restaurants - very generous portions, great falafel and loads of nice salads to choose from for your stuffed pitta

Bueno, aBundante, Barato

Amazing Falafel Spot

There are only a few options but you can customise your pita / your salad with a great variety of toppings buffet-style.
The staff was very friendly and speaks French and English😊

Quite good falafel near Notre Dame

The bad first: the place has no bathrooms and no AC. So don't expect to get refreshed at all.

The good: food is good and cheap. And you can easily carry it around and eat wherever you feel like. In front of Notre Dame for example. And that's pretty cool.

Pros: Cheap and tasty

Cons: No bathrooms, No AC or fans

Cool Concept

Little falafel store where you can buy a pita with falafel and then add all the other ingredients you like in a buffet style counter. Prices are reasonable as well, falafel taste great.

I'm a big fan of Maoz

Maoz is one of my favorite vegan fast food / grab-n-go locations when you're on the run, also I love the fact that normally they have refill salad options. It's always really nice. I got to try the chain for the first time in Barcelona, and then I've tried it in many other cities too.

This specific Paris location, one of the things I really like is that it looks clean/well organized, which unfortunately I cannot say for some of their other location, so Kudos to this one!

Also the location is quite central and nice, so it's very convenient.

Super!

La cosa migliore è che si possono aggiungere quanti ingredienti si vogliono, infiniti! E ci sono varie salse particolari e tanta scelta di condimenti. Falafel OTTIME. 7€ per un panino così.

Late night snack 💚

Went here after a concert and was amazed by the cheap prices (9,90 for a Falafel pita with fries and a drink). The food was very delicious and the person behind the counter was very friendly.

Good vegi fix

You only need to pay €1 extra if what you are buying is under €7. The meal deal is €9 which is a falafel in pita with hummus, chose your own filling with chips and a can. I shared this with someone and was just enough to fill us both up. There is some indoor seating too.

Pros: Gets your vegi fix

Best food I had in Paris

You order your base (like bread wirh falafel, salad, hummus, etc.) and self serve on fillings and dressing. The veggies are really tasty. Amazing options - try the carrots with coriander!
Filling portion size for a good price (6-7 Euro for a pita).
We were so happy to have found this place.

Pros: All vegan , Fresh veggies , Friendly staff

Tasty, but 1 euro more expensive with credit card

Very tasty falafel. I could also add the dressing and salad I wanted by myself, so that was nice. I had to pay 1 euro more for the food since I wanted to pay with credit card.

Fills a hole

I was going to go a bit further afield but hunger got the better of me. I wouldn't normally go to a Maoz because we've got them in Amsterdam and they don't look like anything special. Also falafel is like a joke vegan option at this point. That said, I'm glad I came here. The food was really nice, you can administer your own salad, and the portion size is good enough. The bloke behind the bar was very friendly and a handsome boy too. It reminded me of going to sloppy kebab shops after a night out as a teenager, something I'm apparently surprisingly nostalgic about, except it's clean and of course vegan. I wouldn't say to go out your way to come here but it's a strong contender if you find yourself hungering while out and about or if you don't fancy paying out the nose.

Edit: the man described two of the sauces as spicy but I thought they were quite mild.

Decent

I was looking for a falafel place not too far from the Seine/heart of Paris for my walk today. I've been craving fries since arriving from the states so a falafel sandwich and fries sounded amazing.

Ultimately, I was a bit disappointed as there wasn't a lot of flavor, neither with the falafel nor the sauce. I asked for something spicy as well but it wasn't hot at all.

It's also highly questionable that they offer mayonnaise and maybe other non-vegan sauces but advertise as vegan. I explicitly asked for tahini so am hoping that's all I had on mine.

The sanitation aspect also left much to be desired. I ate inside and there was a faint smell of bleach that was unpleasant. The employee also didn't bother putting his mask up at any point while making my food/serving me.

The main pro is that you get a lot of food for not too much money, which can be hard to find in Paris (for vegan food anyway).

Pros: Inexpensive (for Paris) , Fries were good

Great street food

We thoroughly enjoyed our food here, you can choose from multiple sides and add them however you wish to your falafel. The most expensive thing you can order costs 9.5 euros so very affordable. Incredibly filling and super tasty

Pros: Cheap!, Amazing flavors

Top !

J'adore cet endroit ! Il y a un grand choix de garnitures et de sauces, on se retrouve avec un sandwich bien garni et nourrissant et pour un prix très abordable. Le personnel est aussi très sympathique.
J'y suis allée plusieurs fois et je n'ai jamais été déçue.

Customized falafels

What I love about this restaurant is that you can add whatever you like to your sandwich falafels. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 you can’t serve yourself to the salad bar, someone serve you.

Pros: Customized sandwich, Good portions, Nice staff

Great Cous Cous

Maoz is known for their falafel and that you can stuff as much salad into your pita as possible... but, this location also has an amazing cous cous dish and an excellent soup too!

Pros: Amazing cous cous and soup!

Basic food and a lot of waste

The food was OK, the bread disappointing. However, the self service is great. Not fully vegan, only vegetarian. They use a lot of plastic..
