I’ve been to many Maoz locations around Europe, and generally like it. So I knew what to expect. The food was good and I have no complaints about it.
Read moreHowever this is the only Maoz location I’ve seen which offers a non-vegan dairy yogurt drink for sale. I’m pretty sure the Maoz central office doesn’t know about this. They are either a vegan business or they’re not. Maybe it’s not a big deal to sell a yogurt drink, but that’s fine just list this location as a vegetarian business, not a vegan establishment.

Maoz was the only vegan place open when I finally had the time to visit the Eiffel tower, so I ordered the Royal Falafel to go. The falafel was fresh, had a nice texture and tasted good, and the self-service topping buffet gave the chance to mix and match my favourites to complement the falafel and aubergine. I was warned that the spicy sauces would be very spicy, but they were quite mild. Quick and pleasant service, too.

I have been going here since arriving in Paris 17 years ago. The falafel is the best I have had and over the years it may have changed hands several times? but the standard is great and good value for money. I wish there was another location because it's really a tourist hell location.

Highly recommend, some of the best falafel we’ve ever had. Falafel is freshly fried upon ordering. French fries are really tasty as well … limited seating but pack it to go and sit by the Seine!

Decided to go to Maoz while visiting Paris and I ordered a Pita.

It was pretty good. The chef prepared the bread with homus and falafel and then I was able to choose with self service what I wanted to include. (Sauces, legumes...)
My pita was so filled that I couldn't even bite it. 😅
