Mantra Raw Vegan

A great place with a menu of variation raw vegan food. Service is nice and it has English menu and waitress speaks English. Cheese cake is yummy which melts in your mouth. 😋

The food here is absolutely amazing, so flavorful and completely raw. I'm always in awe! Almost everything on the menu tastes good, it's hard to go wrong. The waiters I had were super nice and friendly, and can even suggest what's best on the menu. The tiramisu, brownie and chocolate avocado pudding dessert with strawberries (i forgot the official name) are all AMAZING. Only thing is the place is expensive, however with reason - high quality ingredients, nice place, really good presentation too.

Definitely my favorite in Milan!

This place reeks hipness.
Despite this the food is excellent.
You can enjoy a whole raw meal even if you are not used to that kind of cousine.
Pancakes and pressed juices are amazing too if you are searching for just a snack.
Raspberry cheesecake is the best vegan dessert I have ever eaten. Creamy like a dairy one.
Of course every dish is beautiful.
The prices are troubling. Very very high in part due to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation.
The atmosphere is puzzling. Sometimes super friendly sometimes super snob.

First night visiting Milan and this little gem was round the corner from my hotel. I've not been impressed by raw vegan food in the past but this place restored my faith in it! I had the oyster mushroom 'calamari' followed by a lime cheesecake and I was utterly speechless by the flavours and quality of the food. Service is a little slow but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again on my next trip to Milan. Highly recommended.

I was visiting Milan for the day with three friends (none of them are vegan) and took them here. All of them thought it was delicious and were amazed that it was both vegan and raw. I would go back to Milan just to visit Mantra Raw Vegan again

I would probably eat here every day if I lived here. Great tastes, inventive plates, excellent quality material, very good service. Divine tiramisu! Highly recommended. A little bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.

I went to Mantra only once but keep on thinking about it all the time. The food there is like art and like a trip...to amazing flavors :-) It's slightly on the expensive side but totally worth the price. You HAVE TO try coffee chocolate cheesecake!!!

This small restaurant in the downtown of Milano is in my opinion the number one in Italy, as per the quality of the food, the creativity and professionality of the chef. Also courtesy is a must, I have noticed that all the people even the waiter are well trained and professional. The dishes were delicious, the juices unique (they showed me the special squeezer they use), but my super mention goes to the cake... Tiramisù, the best raw cake I have ever tried, and I have quite an experience ☺️

the coffee cheescake was the best. tasted so extremely like coffee. but also expensive. (as raw is always expensive)

As usual I brought all my family with me (even no veg people) and they all loved it! The taste is great and we ordered a lot because we thought it wouldn't be enough...but, believe me, we almost couldn't eat all and we had to skip the dinner. Everything is amazing and high in nutrition. The dessert gave me heaven experience, really! If you need to go visit Milan you need also to go to this place!

The food is expensive, but it is absolutely worth it and not overpriced.
I tried the coconut-carrot soup with lemongrass which was amazing (quite spicy but I like it)
Afterwards I had a salad because I had been eating to much junk food in Milan. The salad was great as well.
Off course I couldn't leave without having desert and I tried the Banoffee pie, so delicious!!
They serve great wine as well.

I went in alone and had the chocolate nice cream for breakfast and a juice to go. It was yummy! Expensive and I could have had to servings. Would love to go back and try all the other goodies on the menu. Staff were lovely.

Definitely a sophisticated restaurant in central Milan.
Food was delicious. One may get stunned even by only looking at it, each dish comes as an elaborate piece of high-class art.
Hence it comes as no surprise that the portions are rather small and the prices are rather high.
For a special occasion Mantra Raw Vegan is a good choice.

New Raw Vegan Bistro in the most vegan city in south - Europe. Excellent location down town but in a really cozy atmosphere. The structure and the design are simple with big impact. The food is excellent!! In quality, taste, design and presentation. Service is good need to be only more present in the main room. I really recommend this brand new restaurant in Milan for a great raw experience made in Italy - a mile stone for the city, country and why not for the all big Milan vegan community.

Finally a raw vegan restaurant in Italy with a market open during the day and the evening where to buy cold pressed juices. The Mantra detox kit contains 6 juices to be consumed in one day. A lot of snacks and sweets available for purchase, herbal teas and much more. A must try when in Milan!
